I will NEVER go back to this shop. I brought my brand new Panigale V2S in for its first service and left with a very bad taste in my mouth. They scammed me on two things. First of all, rather than do his job, Patrick lied to me about having completed VIN check on my motorcycle and claimed that it didn't show any necessary updates. I later dug through my emails to find the notification I had received directly from Ducati which identified my bike (by frame number) as requiring an exhaust canister replacement.
