I went to the Ducati bike store today around 1ish me my sister & my niece walked in they guys were really sweet my sister told the guy at the front desk it was my birthday he said happy birthday then he said he will pull out 3 different bikes for me to sit on I only sat on 1 because I was very nervous. But 10/10 I recommend you guys going to the store. the guys were amazing and very kind. Customer service was 10/10. Me like bike, they have bikes. Nice dudes. Lots of good eats close by.
Zero customer service. There were three salespeople on the floor and not a single person greeted us, asked if we had questions, or offered any help. The only interaction we got was being yelled at because our kid wanted to sit on a motorcycle. There were no signs anywhere saying not to touch that bike, or any bike. Just because we didn’t dress like experienced riders doesn’t mean we aren’t serious buyers. We are indeed in the market for motorcycles, and this experience completely turned us away. I literally had to come home and write this review immediately... I drive down from Lake Stevens on my Panigale to trade in on a Multistrada - 1 hour ride in traffic. Come inside, and no one talks to me... all the sales people are busy talking... to each-other. After ten minutes of me pacing the tiny space, one salesman asks me what im after today. I say a Multistrada V4 Rally. And so at that moment, this salesman decided now is the perfect moment to get his lunch.... Ok? So he tells me to "hang tight" - He doesnt come back ... read more
