Had a great buying experience at Ducati Redmond. There was no pressure to buy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. All conditions were met and bike was ready and equipped when promised. Tom was great to work with.
FYI, They are not open on Sunday.

I recently had an Ohlins front fork rebuild, plus a few other items performed on my 2012 Multistrada by Robin & Gary. Of significant concern was the exhaust backfiring which Gary immediately diagnosed as a cracked header pipe. The Ducati Redmond service team did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem, (which another PNW area Ducati dealer failed to do despite being asked), and servicing my bike in record time, thus allowing me to take a scheduled long distance ride.
