Customer friendly experience.
I recently had an Ohlins front fork rebuild, plus a few other items performed on my 2012 Multistrada by Robin & Gary. Of significant concern was the exhaust backfiring which Gary immediately diagnosed as a cracked header pipe. The Ducati Redmond service team did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem, (which another PNW area Ducati dealer failed to do despite being asked), and servicing my bike in record time, thus allowing me to take a scheduled long distance ride.
