I purchased a used Multistrada v4S. The process was streamlined and the sales process was a no hassle straight forward event. After I purchased the bike and rode it home I noticed it had a small antifreeze leak. Zach and Nick repaired the leak at no charge even though I was ready to pay as I was aware the bike did not have a warranty. My experience with Zach has been a pleasure beyond any of my prior purchases at other dealers.
Love the team at Ducati Redmond. They treat my Bayliss with the utmost care. The DOC has rides every Saturday.
Great job on getting my bike all fixed up. Also, thank you for not telling us it was done so my fiance didn't try picking it up for me with his broken shoulder. Zero sarcasm here. He hasn't been cleared to ride yet which is why I haven't bugged you guys on my own. Great group of guys to work with!
