I recently had an Ohlins front fork rebuild, plus a few other items performed on my 2012 Multistrada by Robin & Gary. Of significant concern was the exhaust backfiring which Gary immediately diagnosed as a cracked header pipe. The Ducati Redmond service team did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem, (which another PNW area Ducati dealer failed to do despite being asked), and servicing my bike in record time, thus allowing me to take a scheduled long distance ride. First, this dealership is under new ownership, and is no longer owned by "Noble Rush". Some of the other reviews are about the old management. Although I ended up buying my 2022 Ducati Monster Plus at another dealership as they did not have the color I wanted in stock, (I was impatient) David ( the sales manager) and Trace were great. My husband recently got a Ducati and I wanted to surprise him with some of the parts he needed - Not knowing too much about these bikes, I worked with Jon and he was so patient, professional, and parts also came in crazy fast!
Nice tidy store with a huge inventory of bikes, and a tidy selection of apparel. They were prompt and helpful finding parts for my old whip, and even beat the price of online Ebay vendors. They promote and organize events to get riders connected to their machines - take up their offer to race at Ridge Motorsports! I'm very glad to see the shop survived after all the hullaboo against the triad of Ducati dealers in the Puget Sound Area. Only downside is that I have to travel there from Seattle!
