I literally had to come home and write this review immediately... I drive down from Lake Stevens on my Panigale to trade in on a Multistrada - 1 hour ride in traffic. Come inside, and no one talks to me... all the sales people are busy talking... to each-other. After ten minutes of me pacing the tiny space, one salesman asks me what im after today. It’s been 3 months since I bought a bike but still waiting on a title, and now they are not responding to my calls or messages. Disappointing. My temp plate has expired twice in the meantime, and they keep giving me the runaround when I show up in person.
