I bought my first bike about two months ago from Ducati Omaha and the sales team was extremely knowledgeable about each and every bike I asked about. The Ducati Omaha team made my buying experience smooth from the first handshake all the way to handing over the keys.
Apparently I was not a preferred customer. Went in to test drive a used model motorcycle, as I was test driving the motorcycle my bike was getting appraised. While I was waiting for my bike to get appraised another salesman took a phone call about the used bike, that salesman sold the bike over the phone to another customer as I stood there!! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

Ducati of Omaha has always done a fantastic job taking care of me. The service department is always quick to help out and get you what you need as fast as possible. I've bought two motorcycles from ducati of Omaha. Each experience was great! Ducati of Omaha really makes you feel like you're apart of a family.
