I ordered a specific set of bolts for my 07 Ducati 1098. After trying to use the website which does not have pics of any kind for some parts, and does not tell you if they are in stock or not, I spoke to a person in parts and told them my specific needed part. They gave me the new part # and placed the order. The wrong color part(needed black fairing bolts and they sent silver fairing bolts?) was sent. After calling back they then said actually they have a few different color bolts for that part #. The color I need is not in... read more

I ordered an Oil Pressure Sensor for my 2015 Ducati Monster 821 online, but didn't get any confirmation email with a tracking number, last March 3. On March 6, i sent a message via their online messaging on their website, and got a response, stating, that (a) to check my spam folder--which had no email, and (b) and i quote verbatim: "The part has been ordered from Ducati and we should have it in about a week. My son Matthew ( always the odd one ❤️) bought a New Ducati. Tim delivered a brand new Ducati Monster 1200 S on the last day of March after ( way after hours)!hours our family of Harley riders. We needed to sign some paperwork and Tim came back to have Matthew and mark complete some paperwork and mind you he or the Ducati family did not know my mom that passed away and Tim gave my family a condolence card for my mom!! Family is family no matter how new of a Ducati or do not ride one you are family!! Thank you very much Tim!!

I had a great experience overall at Ducati Omaha. Tim was outstanding along with the other staff members. They made me feel welcomed soon as I walked in the door and offered to answer any questions even after my purchase. I will do business with them again and recommend you going in to checking it out yourself.

Incredible customer service! Jen and Nick(?) assisted me and my shop in acquiring a set of springs (that were out of the country) for a customer. Thanks for all your hard work guys as our customer will be making his scheduled ride this weekend!
