GONE BUST DO NOT USE
Sales side of the branch is great i.e. Curtis but the servicing is one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had! First service they incorrectly applied chain lube so on traveling home the bike was covered, 2 hours of my life I wont get back. Phil Shepherd ‘nicely’ organised for my service to be on the day that they went bust 23rd October 2024 so I was greeted by debt collectors at their entrance! PLEASE NOTE THAT THEY ARE NOW NOT OPEN AS HAVE GONE BUST!
Best bike dealership I've ever used (and I've used a lot over the years). The service department was 1st class with communication and customer service; the bike feels like new again and there was nothing too much trouble for the excellent sales team who have a great selection of quality bikes.
I'm writing this review With a very heavy heart last week I bought a used Ducati Multistrada which I was very happy with and in doing so I part exchanged three bikes so I could buy this. Oncoming to the dealership today at the request of the salesman Dave to show me around the bike he turned around and was extremely rude and disrespectful and accused me of trying to con the dealership as one of the bikes I part exchange had a slight oil leak.
