I bought my new Multistrada V2S from Ducati Melbourne about a year ago and its had a couple of services since then. The staff there are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, pricing was reasonable and I've been happy with the work performed. Brice in the service department is excellent to deal with! However, they are a very, very busy dealer and I did experience some delays when booking in work.

Great service from the Ducati South dealership today. Friendly staff, knowledgeable and great workmanship from Luke the technician who took the time to walk me through the bike and the repairs undertaken today(Thankyou Luke, your time explaining what was done meant a lot to me).
