Even after having been a customer for three years, they tried to scalp me for thousands of pounds... They took apart my bike without my permission, then told me that I could either pay them £1000 pounds to collect it in bits (unfixed - I took it to them for a repair), or £5000 to have it fixed and re-assembled... Eventually, because their lies were clearly documented via e-mail, they capitulated and Ducati UK made them replace the actual broken part(s) for free (two parts costing just roughly £100 each...). Fantastic service from Ducati London. Massimo really looked after me. I spent a long time discussing which bike would suit my needs. After a test ride, as expected I went for the Panigale. I cannot recommend Massimo enough. Get in touch with him should you be in the market!
