Just had my Multistrada V4 serviced at Ducati Alton. Was given a warm welcome and waited at the dealership while my bike was being serviced. This last point is relevant, as you spend a couple of hours watching other customers come and go. Every one I engaged with was happy and made to feel valued. Great, friendly place. Guys from the service department solved my very minor problem, and I got VIP treatment.
Just had my 1299 Panigale 2015 serviced what great bunch of guys couldn’t do enough to help even when we found a few problems. Would highly recommend Ducati Alton……..
