Terribly slow service turnaround. Go to this shop only if you don't care about seeing your bike for over a month for something a junior technician should be able to complete in half a day of work.
Friendly new staff, but this was a complete waste of my time. I filled out the online form multiple times to schedule a test ride for the Aprilia RS660. I drove an hour and a half from Virginia Beach, through the tunnel, only to find out they don’t have any bikes available for test rides. If I’m going to spend $15,000 to $30,000 on a sport motorcycle, I’m definitely going to ride it first to see if I like it. Don’t trust the website, it needs to be updated. If I could give negative stars I would. I was currently in email communication with jeff regarding a purchase of a motorcycle. Due to time and work and email issues on Friday, I was unable to get back to him and that I would call him first thing saturday morning. Saturday morning arrived, and I called the yorktown location fifteen times between the hours of nine and ten thirty.
