This team is fantastic! Always there with great personable friendliness. Personally, I go for the Triumph brand (Craig, Triumph lead sales, is passionate about Triumph!) but you can't go wrong with their Indian, BMW or Ducati bikes either. Shout out to the maintenance and parts department as service has always been top notch and I,ve been dealing with these guys since 2012.
Horrible service. Walked in on a Saturday to discuss ordering a specific bike I wanted. One salesman gave me a brief hello, who was helping another customer at the time, while a few other employees were standing around talking to each other. After waiting for 20 minutes and looking at their new inventory, no other employee even asked me if I needed assistance.
