Craig was super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly when I came to the dealership to test drive a triumph Bonneville Speedmaster. My only reason for the 3 star rating is that the dealership doesn’t appear to give much wiggle room on pricing. I saved over $2,000 on the same bike from another dealership. Again, Craig was nice and the dealership had a great selection of bikes. Just get a competitive quote before buying from here.
I purchased a Triumph Scrambler 400x Last year and just had my 1 year service completed, inspection, and new tires installed during a service appointment. A warranty issue was discovered and handle perfectly at no cost to me. The service and parts departments are professional and friendly and communicate consistently. The whole service process was smooth and professional. A much better experience then I have had at other places with other bikes in the past
They don't know how to troubleshoot. I would never bring my bike there otter in Bedford. That where I'm being all my bike
