I called to schedule an oil change and inspection for my Ducati. The service manager immediately quoted me a price far above market rates. When I asked for clarification on what exactly would be included in the inspection, he refused to provide any details. After a few more polite questions, he abruptly told me they would not service my Ducati — with no explanation whatsoever. Take your business elsewhere. This dealership clearly does not value transparency, professionalism, or customer service.
Salespeople are not attentive and helpful. It is like I am the salesperson and they are the customers. Happy to take my business to another dealer.
They really could try to be more helpful! Being friendly is the bare minimum in a dealership.
