Salespeople are not attentive and helpful. It is like I am the salesperson and they are the customers. Happy to take my business to another dealer.
They really could try to be more helpful! Being friendly is the bare minimum in a dealership.
Easy purchase experience with Kregg and Nancy. Came in during the week when it was slow and Kregg spent time with me to learn about Ducati models. Did my research and got a couple of quotes from other Bay Area dealers as well as Sacramento ones. Quick phone call with Kregg and he finalized a quote for me .
