Easy purchase experience with Kregg and Nancy. Came in during the week when it was slow and Kregg spent time with me to learn about Ducati models. Bought 6 bikes from them over the past twenty years, new and used. They always took care of me really well.
Rude sales manager who simply hung up when I sincerely got surprised with the new freight cost (at least it was twice cheaper when I purchased my monster 821 from CalSpeedSports in 2018). And I did not ask about any discounts or anything even when I stated that I have a money limit to buy sfv4 and was trying to understand what’s behind $4k above msrp. I understand that now there is a line to buy due to components shortage and etc but that won’t be forever so good manners should still be a standard.
