Worst dealer experience of my life. Went in with my credit union check and the finance manager tried to ask my bank how much they approved and if they left “room for extras.” When my bank was confused about it he was extremely rude to her over the phone and implied she doesn’t understand him. Aside from all that, when I picked up my bike I didn’t receive the owner manual, passenger seat or my DMV paperwork (tags & registration). Marin Speed Shop is just a great little shop. I bought my Triumph Scrambler 900 from them, and Issa made the whole thing easy. He got the deal put together fast, kept me in the loop, and even let me keep the bike there until I could come grab it. It's a no-brainer... This is your place to go if you're in the market for a motorcycle. No pushy salesman, look at your own pace, ask all the questions you need, and they're happy to help. I just bought a Triumph Speed 400, and the process was so easy that only left me wondering why I didn't do it before. I'm in love with my new toy, and this will definitely be my place when I'm ready to upgrade. (Yes, I'd like to go faster) 🤣
