This place is a joke. DO NOT purchase anything from this establishment. Issa, the owner/sales representative is a real piece of work. This is my tail of whoa! In December of 2025 My wife decided that she wanted to get me a motorcycle for Christmas with 2 prerequisites one it had to be new, two it had to be Italian. Very disappointed. Don’t get me wrong, good stuff, he parts guy is great. The service guy was very frustrating to deal with. I needed a part for my bike installed which realistically should take five minutes I sent pictures and showed the broken part and was scheduled for a very specific time. I showed up early was not treated nicely and then they told me that they didn’t have the part and it was on backorder and wouldn’t know when it would come in. Purchased my new Triumph Trident 660. Issa and Michael took good care of me. They gave me a fair price and they were easy to talk to. Overall very nice and positive experience. If you are looking to buy a new motorcycle or interested in one, fully recommend dropping by, they’ll take care of you.
Worst dealer experience of my life. Went in with my credit union check and the finance manager tried to ask my bank how much they approved and if they left “room for extras.” When my bank was confused about it he was extremely rude to her over the phone and implied she doesn’t understand him. Aside from all that, when I picked up my bike I didn’t receive the owner manual, passenger seat or my DMV paperwork (tags & registration). Marin Speed Shop is just a great little shop. I bought my Triumph Scrambler 900 from them, and Issa made the whole thing easy. He got the deal put together fast, kept me in the loop, and even let me keep the bike there until I could come grab it.
