Absolutely atrocious. They made a promo for for a $450 bonus if you open a (paid) chequing account and then forced me to move my paycheque direct deposit over to it and leave it open for months while they charged me fees, and at the end of the promotion period, they extended it to extract more fees, and then they denied me the promotion based on something that was never in the original terms and conditions. They did this some thing to many many others who all applied to the same promotion and also fulfilled the conditions.... read more
I have been a DUCA member for 40 years. Early on we got good mortgage rates and friendly personal service. A few years ago, when they moved to more online services, the overall service level deteriorated badly. Today, their online connections constantly fail. I am often shut out of my account using my preset username and password. Then calling their help line you wait forever and have to listen to a very fake southern US accent.
