Their rates are usually good and they have feeless accounts but they do so many nonsensical things it turns banking into a tortuous experience. So many other banks are so much better: EQ, Simplii or even Tangerine. It's like management never uses their own dysfunctional website, never calls their call center (no 24/7 help), never transfer money around (long hold times no matter how long you've been a good customer) or a myriad of other issues.
