Mona took the time to phone and tell me my chequing account was overdrawn, though less than $30. At my request, she let me transfer money over the phone to cover it.
Just wanted to congratulate and compliment the staff and the branch in general for their great service. Not only the branch manager, Laks, who always greets me whenever he sees me, the entire staff always provide great service with SMILE, especially Jin and Mona. Jacob also provided me with excellent service from beginning to end for a special personal banking needs. Thank you ALL for the great work and service !!!
Be very careful- they don’t Care. They don’t honour their own promotions and change terms of reference after end of program to deny pay out of promo. Most recently $450 promo denied for 100s who completed all requirements but were denied after new requirements were made up.
