Be very careful- they don’t Care. They don’t honour their own promotions and change terms of reference after end of program to deny pay out of promo. Most recently $450 promo denied for 100s who completed all requirements but were denied after new requirements were made up.
I came here to do a deposit at 4:55pm about 5 mins before closing and walking up to the door, they had already locked it and wouldn’t open it, the audacity of a credit union which is owned by the people, waving your hand and saying it’s 5 and to leave. Real customer service is helping who ever is in need even its 1 min before closing. Never coming back to this branch again. And who locks there door before closing, this isn’t retail. Serve your customers.
