I'm quite surprised at the negative reviews. I have never experienced anything but the nicest, most courteous service. How many banks in this day & age know your name when you walk in the door? Given the high turnover at most banks, I'd say none. I've gone to Duca for assistance when the RBC refused to help complete a transaction commonplace in today's digital age. I cannot speak highly enough about Lori Wright at DUCA Credit Union in Burlington.
