If I could give it a zero I would, hands down the worst bank I have ever used. Their online banking never works, e-transfers rarely go through, customer service was completely useless, on the occasion when they did pick up the phone. Just stay away and save yourself a headache.
Overall I've been mostly happy when dealing with Duca however their HOURS ARE NOT CONVENIENT at all. They used to be open Saturdays for a short time but now are CLOSED Saturdays and Sundays and only open 1 day a week past 5pm. How do people who work 9-5 get their banking done if the one day they are open past 5 doesn't work?
Really great staff. In a age where in bank services are phased out, Duca’s staff go the extra mile making it worthwhile to bank in person
If your in guelph and need to use the ATM.....forget it there key card entry is broken and they ave no plans to fix it !
Great service for coin sorting. Staff was so kind to me.
