Had my first appointment at the Cleveland establishment, knowing that the one in the city where I live would be a substandard environment, for me. If it weren't for the fact that I'd paid my co-pay, online, prior to the visit, I would have turned around, cancelled the visit from my vehicle, and began to seek another PCP.
