My parents love it here Dr and staffs here are always friendly. I always call in and a male receptionist Nam always picks and help me scheduled and fit my parents in fast thank you for your hard work Dr.
The doctors here are excellent at listening to your concerns and explaining conditions/treatments in an easy-to-understand way. However, I absolutely cannot express the same sentiments to the receptionists/nurses/etc; they are somehow always impatient, rude, and extremely snappy. Very disappointing to have healthcare workers who don't respect and care for patients; completely against what healthcare workers should be.
Dr. duc.phan is a great provider he take care of all your needs he has a great team also keep up the good work
Arrived on time for my appointment with a doctor turned out to be a Nurse Practitioner Tran Le. Before anything, they take your payment of $60 first, then rush you in to do a quickie vital 😉. Nurse Le come in and asked some questions, before I could answer. She already said she got it, got what?? She typed some bs on her laptop, patted me on the back and says ok.
