Tôi là bịnh nhân của BS Giang đã hơn 2 năm nay. Tôi đi lính và bị cụt mất 1 chân năm 20 tuổi. Năm nay 70 tuổi vì thế tôi bị nhiều bịnh lắm. Tôi rất hài lòng về sự chuyên môn của BS Giang và càng hài lòng hơn nữa vì tính cách của BS. BS Giang đúng như câu nói “Lương y như từ mẫu”. BS Giang biết lắng nghe, cảm thông và thấu hiểu tâm trạng bịnh nhân. Xin cảm ơn BS rất nhiều. Nhân tiện tôi cũng xin cảm ơn các em các cháu nhân viên ở đây. Tất cả mọi người đều có thái độ vui vẻ tận tâm với bịnh nhân. Xin cảm ơn tất cả
My parents love it here Dr and staffs here are always friendly. I always call in and a male receptionist Nam always picks and help me scheduled and fit my parents in fast thank you for your hard work Dr.
The doctors here are excellent at listening to your concerns and explaining conditions/treatments in an easy-to-understand way. However, I absolutely cannot express the same sentiments to the receptionists/nurses/etc; they are somehow always impatient, rude, and extremely snappy. Very disappointing to have healthcare workers who don't respect and care for patients; completely against what healthcare workers should be.
