I took my car up there for oil late they charged me $1,300 but they didn't fix the oil leak when I got my car back my convertible top didn't work and I still had the oil leak it was worse than before
Took my TDI Sport Wagon to Dub Works in the beginning of March because I thought the dual mass flywheel was going bad. When it got there, they drove it 4 miles and said it had a misfire, which it did. So the dual mass flywheel wasn’t bad, thankfully. But the cylinder number one glow plug was bad, which I already knew. I told them to replace it. 30 minutes later they called me and said the threads in the head were gone and the glow plug was just spinning.
