I needed an alignment done and came here. Very clean place. Everyone was extremely friendly. They explained everything to me after the service in laymen’s terms so I could understand it {I asked them to talk to me like a child and they’re writing in a crayon lol}. I've taken a few different Audi and VWs to Dubwerx for years. Always quick work, great knowledge from the staff and loaners or Uber for the appropriate repair. "Trust Your Mechanic" really happens here.
Amazing service!
I have taken my 2019 Q7 the last two years for general service, as well as to investigate oil leaking issues with my car. The overall experience has been wonderful. Friendly service, fair pricing, and added conveniences, like free Uber rides to and from their shop, are just some of the positive features of Dubwerx. As long as I have my Audi, I will definitely have it serviced at Dubwerx over other shops or the Audi dealership.
What a great company to work with. We took one of our cars there for services. Very impressed. They diagnosed the complex problem right away and fixed the vehicle quickly and its driving great. Thank you.
