Absolute best repair facility of any manufacturer in Cincinnati. Excellent staff with exceptionally fair pricing.
Avoid this place at all costs. They openly admit they recommend services just so they can make money. Whether you need it or not, and they won’t find the main issue in your car, have you comeback “under warranty” and then say it’s something different to charge you more and repeat that cycle on and on We’ve had 3-4 service visits for a car with less than 100K miles, spent thousands of dollars and still have issues all the time.

Such a great place! As a woman it can be intimidating to go to get service work but I’ve never felt that way here. Totally recommend 10/10
