Dubwerx has remarkable customer service. I live in Florence, KY and I will be taking my 2021 Atlas Cross Sport here from here on out. They provide the customer service that dealerships will not, and they seem to enjoy taking care of you and your vehicle. VW's are not cheap when it comes to maintenance, so I think price wise they are similar to the dealership, maybe slightly cheaper. I'll be honest, @ first I was very worried to go to a specialty shop but these guys are honest and fairly priced and knocked it out of the park! Did I mention they offer loaners! Liam specifically made the experience great from start to finish! If you've got a euro car? Go here!
Great team and garage that I use for regular maintenance of my Porsche cars. They’re knowledgeable, honest, upfront, communicate well and expedient. Only good things to say.
