We love servicing our Porsche Cayenne at Dubwerx Car Service. They are easy to deal with, and are very honest and upfront about what is needed and what can be safely deferred.
They were able to diagnose A AC issue pretty quickly And fix it for a very fair and good price and they replaced the head unit on our 2007 Porsche Boxster a lot of service departments will just throw parts at it to try to get as much money as they can. They did the complete opposite on truly finding the root of the issue and addressing it will be back for any needs in the future
Genuinely always impressed with this crew. It's been a few years since I've been back, but now that I'm in the VW family of vehicles again, we had some issues arise and I was unable to get into the dealership in a reasonable timeframe. Their diagnostics was able to identify the three issues we were having that the dealership could "never recreate" and chose not to investigate/fix further. Please with the crew and their knowledge on these vehicles. Highly recommend for diagnostics or services.
Staff here have been amazing answering all of my questions and did a phenomenal job looking over my car for me when I had concerns.
