VERY knowledgeable staff! Excellent service from purchase to installation! We ran up against some framing issues and several staff members worked to educate us and get us back on track quickly! Prompt, Excellent, communication. My installer went above and beyond. Couldn't be more pleased. Great experience. Would recommend!
Ryan, Dustin, Cam and Curt built a beautiful fireplace for us! They were very easy to deal with. Curt, our salesman has a lot of experience building fireplaces, also gave us a few images showing what our fireplace would look like which helped visualize the project. Dalton Hagenston help me fix my Birkshire fireplace. He was very informative and helpful on teaching how to use and maintain my fireplace.
I was unable to turn off the gas fireplace, and Curt took my call despite needing to leave for the day. I sent two photos; he looked a few things up and then called back with instructions on how to turn off the remote’s receiver. I saw these instructions online, but really needed a person for clarity and ease. Curt was the right technician at the right time!
