I was unable to turn off the gas fireplace, and Curt took my call despite needing to leave for the day. I sent two photos; he looked a few things up and then called back with instructions on how to turn off the remote’s receiver. I saw these instructions online, but really needed a person for clarity and ease. Curt was the right technician at the right time!

Great service and exceptional customer satisfaction culture. There were complications with the initial installation of our gas insert. The technician worked past 9:00 PM to get the unit functioning before he left. We were not completely satisfied with the performance of our unit. The Dubuque Fireplace and Patio team identified a modification option and worked to quickly obtain and install the required components. They also worked with us to minimize the cost of the upgrade.
