Best independent VW/Audi maintenance shop in the Metroplex.
I had never heard of these guys and picked them from the Google lottery. Great choice! The first impression was on point because I showed up at lunchtime, as a walk-in, and wasn't really expecting much BUT Tyler approached and asked if I had time to explain to him what issue I was having with the Q. First time service on my Wife’s A4. I called to ask them a question some days later and with more information they got from google action’s above and beyond
Terrible customer service. My brother stopped by there a couple of weeks ago and the only “help” they offered was “ take it to the dealer”. Fast forward 2 weeks, we messaged them on their Facebook page asking them if they could perform a certain repair and all we got is crickets. They saw the messages. 2 separate days. They seem to think they’re too good to respond to people. Take your business elsewhere besides these guys.
