great service my family had to special order a tire and i went there with two toddlers to wait for the tire to be put on the car. Dubois county tire employee Josh was great and had the tire put on before my kids threw even one tantrum! The best service I have ever had. Thanks!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE A few years back, I had a horrible customer service experience with them... a tech was going through my glove box and we wanted him to stop. He yelled at us. Then, upon telling his manager, she was cussing at us. I was 8 months pregnant - and she was in my face yelling at me. It was the most horrible experience I've ever had with a company. They definitely need to go back to college - Basic Marketing Principles 101 - the customer is always right (to their face, anyway).
