Rude, always rude. I had to get the first copy of my daughter’s birth certificate. They wouldn’t allow me to use her dad’s debit card since she said we “aren’t married.” I said we are married. She said she needed the certificate for proof. Again, this is to use my daughter’s father’s debit card for her own birth certificate. A marriage license. Very difficult at the front desk typically. Believe the comments, the receptionist is SO RUDE!!! Every time I have gone it’s the same receptionist that is extremely mean and sarcastic. I arrived here at 3:45, the receptionist very rudely told me that they can’t help me because they close at 4:00. So many bad reviews over reception, you think they would fix the issue:( Every other staff member I’ve had contact with is always so nice and understanding, wish that type of energy was met at the door!!! The most important place!!!

I don't know why, but every time I go here there is a sarcastic old lady who looks at me like a dog and makes the situation difficult. I think that there are people who, if they are not used to receiving people of different nationalities or different types, should not occupy certain positions, but thanks to those people who try to help knowing that people from all over come to these offices.

Closed early on a Monday, then came back Tuesday to no one in the office at 9am. No notice on the door. Drove 40 minutes one way twice for nothing. V

Very friendly and helpful staff for immunizations. The woman who distributed the vaccines to my baby was very good with her, she had her laughing before and after the shots.
