Rude, always rude. I had to get the first copy of my daughter’s birth certificate. They wouldn’t allow me to use her dad’s debit card since she said we “aren’t married.” I said “we are married, I just didn’t change my last name.”She said she needed proof of this marriage and requested our marriage license. Again, this is to use my daughter’s father’s debit card to purchase a copy for her own birth certificate (his name is on the birth certificate?). Believe the comments, the receptionist is SO RUDE!!! Every time I have gone it’s the same receptionist that is extremely mean and sarcastic. I arrived here at 3:45, the receptionist very rudely told me that they can’t help me because they close at 4:00. So many bad reviews over reception, you think they would fix the issue:( Every other staff member I’ve had contact with is always so nice and understanding, wish that type of energy was met at the door!!! The most important place!!!
