Found a leak in a home we've owned for a year; inspector missed SO much. Apparently the chimney was an add on and was never attached properly, and not only that, used basically compressed cardboard for the paneling and removed a rafter. That was before Dubo. They came out the day I called to take a look. I held off only because I felt obligated to obtain another bid. That was my mistake.
