This is the the worst place that I have ever seen, the nurses, the cnas, the don, everyone is horrible

I have had and used the same number for years as well as the one on the website, and can never get ahold of the front desk nurse!! It’s frustrating because they have said before there will always be a nurse on call at the desk in case calls come in. I can’t even get in touch with my family member. I’ve been there before and they have literally sat there and let the phone ring. No good service.

One CNA ON A HALL IS CLEARLY NEGLECT. Residents having to wait for over 1:40 to be fed. Food was brought out at 540 and NOBODY had come to the dining room to feed them at 700. Seriously,? I witnessed this 4 different times in the past 6 days. Patients that need oxygen while in their chairs are sitting there with NONE in their tank. Patients not taken to restroom or being changed. If urine is dripping on the floor from their wheelchair ..then it's clear they've NOT BEEN CHANGED ALL DAY.. The list goes on!
