Dublin Village Jewelers made our engagement and wedding ring experience absolutely wonderful. They helped my husband pick the perfect engagement ring and went above and beyond when it came time to choose our wedding bands. Their team was especially helpful in creating a custom wedding band for me that perfectly complements my engagement ring. We are so grateful for their expertise, attention to detail, and outstanding service—we couldn’t recommend Alex and Cate more!
I came in to get my prongs checked on my engagement ring, but also to get some jewelry looked at from my grandma’s jewelry box passed down. It was such a hodgepodge of items, many of which were a variety of scrap gold. The owners treated me like I was their own kid making me feel very comfortable. Like explaining everything like how to listen for a rattle in the prongs, the appraisal process, and giving me a fair market price for the gold. Very thankful for such a positive experience! Would recommend.

I cannot say enough about Annie and Yury treating me with the utmost kindness, compassion and professionalism during my multiple shopping experiences these past 3 years. I bought heirloom pieces from them for special occasions such as my daughter's graduation and again at my mother's end of life journey. They were so incredibly helpful, but more than that, showed me human kindness again and again as I visited them throughout my mother's journey. Me and my family will always come back to this shop.
