Absolutely amazing jewelry store! They replaced my two watch batteries in a few minutes and the prices were great. The staff is so friendly and they have a great selection of watches if you're in the market for a new one too. I'll definitely be coming back in the future!
Alex at Dublin Village Jewelers is the real deal. The service has been outstanding, and I have never felt more confident or secure with my assets. I cannot say enough great things about the Dublin Village Jewlers family. They’re so kind and knowledgeable. Yury has set two rings for me and repaired a necklace and his work is amazing! I’ll never use anyone else.
Won’t be back. $57 to have a link removed from my Rolex. Reputable stores will do it for free. It took the guy seconds to remove the link. He didn’t have to heat the band to loosen the loctite and no loctite was used to secure the screw when put back together. When I asked why it was so high for such a simple and extremely quick process, the lady told me if I took it to another store, they would have to ship it to Switzerland and would cost me $600 just to remove a link.
