Dropped off my car, waited over 2 hours to rotate my four tires, ( ridiculous) the guy I've talked at reception wasn't polite enough. Asked me to stay in my car. The environment in general is not welcoming Think again if I want to send my car next service date. Note: Any business will fail if it doesn't practice good customer service.
They finished on time and as a bonus they washed my car. Thank you
