The best food & view in the Northwoods The blackberry peppercorn chicken is 5 stars
Hopefully just being a Holiday Weekend it was Bad. Cussing & Swearing coming out of the kitchen. Our food was good service sucked. Owner was nice to us. Our waitress walked out after taking our order.
Awesome burgers... an the new waiter(not sure of his name just started) was the best nice an friendly always checking on us👍🏻🍻will be back forsure

This place is a gem. Don't let the long gravel driveway intimidate you - it's well-worth stopping in for great food, friendly service, and maybe a *few* drinks. Fun all winter too, but in the summer the deck is shady, big, and overlooks the lake under huge pine trees. Classic "up north" experience (and the ladies like the gas fireplace in the bathroom - yes, a fireplace!).
