My mother dropped off her sewing machine at Dublin Sewing Center on 5/28. It was the second time within a month she's had to bring the machine in for repairs because the technicians were unable to properly address the problem during the last repair. I enjoy talking to Dave, the owner. My husband does to. They are very helpful. My husband always wants to bargain with Dave. I think that's what Dave loves about him. Love my Destiny II!

I cannot stand shopping at the Dublin Sewing Center's Fremont Location. There is one lady that not only treated me like I was a nit wit but also was degrading. I have been sewing for 30 years and when a woman informs me that, "you shouldn't buy that type of thread, its for a serger not a sewing machine." I was picking up 4 lilac colored cones to make one of my customers a circa 1930's dress. This is the second time I have received poor service.
