Our issue wasn't that they picked up the phone, our issue is that the lady was SO RUDE to my extremely polite wife. She had a few questions, and after the first one, the woman gave a one word response, and then hung up when my wife was in the middle of talking (continuing her questions). Her name was Kenyan or something like that. I normally wouldn't post a name, but since she felt comfortable being rude to a potential customer, she shouldn't mind her name posted on here.
