I used to think this was an amazing hospital. However today I had a not so pleasant experience. I went in for a simple procedure and ended up with a broken front tooth. When I said something about my tooth hurting and being broke all the nurse had to say was well that happens. There was no remorse or offer to help from staff and when I started getting upset they rushed me out the door. Very upset with this facility
Nice hospital aesthetically. They try to give it a hotel feel but that doesnt mean you won't encounter a bad attitude or 2. The nurse's shamed me for asking for my prescribed pain medication after having SURGERY! And the dietary staff shamed me because of what I ordered for dinner. Um, the patient tells you what they want or need not the other way around.
Great staff and care, clean, easy parking
I truly had the best experience at the emergency department this morning. Every single person (from the greeter, the custodian, nurses, doctors, etc) treated me so kindly and caring. The two doctors that treated me were amazing, got to the root of the issue and I’m on the mend. A very positive experience!
Dublin Methodist provided excellent and prompt care for me during my hysterectomy. The staff was amazing.
