I highly recommend Dublin Mazda Service Center! Paul Carozza is the best service advisor I have ever experienced in all my years of driving a car! We purchased warranty service from the dealership. I found it unprofessional when I received a text message indicating that I owed a specific amount of money and was advised to pay it for expedited checkout because I had only approved an $88 parts replacement. This message only increased the confusion. Paul clarified the situation and explained what was occurring. Additionally, Dublin Mazda sent me a video, and the service was completed to my satisfaction. Dublin Mazda alsob washed my car.
