Frank Gonzales of Dublin Mazda demonstrated exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and helpfulness. He took the time to thoroughly explain the services being performed on my vehicle and followed up with text messages and a video update. He notified me via text when the vehicle was ready. Additionally, Mazda courteousl washed my car. The day after service, he contacted me to ensure my satisfaction. I appreciate Mr. Gonzales' assistance and professionalism.
With small issues we had Frank and the team were diligent in finding a solution in working with an older cars low tire issue that had to be set manually after the second attempt. A little longer in the waiting room, however (to me) worth it. Although the dog felt a bit different as we were getting into his walk time LOL . The team was diligent which I appreciate.
