Heather Browns always my service advisor and she is AWESOME!! So sweet and caring and she makes sure my vehicle is up to par for any of its needs, 8 yrs now going to Mazda in Dublin and never have been disappointed!!
If I could, I would give them a 0. I recently discovered in the Carfax report that during my previous services, they did not perform the oil change even though I paid for it. I had always felt that the car was running worse, despite the fact that it was still relatively new. Normally, after maintenance, a car should drive noticeably better. Because of this, I decided to go to a different service center for my most recent maintenance, and they did a much better job with much less cost.
