Miles in the parts department went so above and beyond my expectations! I accidentally lost a bolt in the engine bay while servicing my car and couldn’t find it (even used a borescope). I could also barely even describe what it went to since it is a new car to me. once i decided i wanted a mazda for my next car, i started browsing for bay area dealerships with positive reviews. dublin mazda was mentioned a lot and they participate in the costco auto program so i filled out the online referral and promptly heard from troy. i faced some delays but troy checked in and was responsive until i was able to make an appointment to stop by about a month later. the dealership deal ended up being better than the costco discount and i never felt rushed or pressured during negotiations despite goin... read more

Bought my 2025 Mazda CX 50 with George at Dublin Mazda and had an amazing experience. George and everyone else who assisted made the buying process simple and swift. Michael was also available to answer all of my questions when I picked up my new vehicle. Everyone was very helpful and made my car purchase a memorable experience.
I had a very poor experience today when calling Dublin Mazda about a CX-50 Hybrid listed on their website. I spoke with a salesperson named Keith and referenced the pricing shown online. When I mentioned I was looking in the $38K–$41K range, his response was, “Call me back if you find one, because I’m looking for one too.” This was dismissive and unprofessional for a first interaction.
