I was forced to switch providers, and from that point forward the level of care, urgency, and professionalism dropped completely. I made a timely request for medication I rely on, and I was still left without it for over 48 hours, which affected my health, my ability to function, and my work. I have ADHD and struggle with remembering things without my Medicine. I communicated to my doctor and the Office manager and tried to explain that due to my Job and Disorder I have trouble making appointments and may need to call and cancel on short notice. I am being told that they increase the Fee by 25$ every time you are late or cancel within 24 hours. My experience with Dr. Hunter during my October visit this year for my annual wellness check was very disappointing. My insurance confirmed the wellness visit is fully covered, yet I was billed for an additional charge for a discussion initiated by the doctor, including a referral to a specialist and a follow-up prescription. Dr. Mary McAllister is THAT GIRL! I always leave my appointments feeling great, she addresses my concerns, she is always open to educating and is just so compassionate. She is amazing. The whole staff Dublin internal medicine. The nurses make you feel like friends.
Great medical provider. Dr Kloda takes the time to educate me on my health concerns. He reviews all of my medical concerns.
