He has a long history in the Auto Service Sector and applies his experience, knowledge and expertise to diagnose and manage the repair - where no other shop can. We have two Infiniti vehicles, we like them both. The older vehicle required maintenance. We like the car so much we will not part with it even though we have the newest model. Burke the Service Manager was excellent. Our transmission broke and it was an incredibly stressful situation but he managed our warranty which was thru another dealer. It saved us thousands of dollars. He communicated throughout the entire process. Thanks Burke! Go see him.
