Great service by Burke! Quickly in and out, kind and courteous
Very disappointing experience with Dublin Infiniti. Never come back. Very poor communication, poor accountability, and poor customer service. For a dealership, this is honestly disappointing. They charged me for a tire rotation and wrote on the receipt that it was performed, but the tire rotation was not actually done. When I requested a refund, the service advisor, Burke, took photos of all my tires and then said he had “no idea.” I followed up with him twice about the refund, but he never responded to my messages. Exceptional Service. Burke Mangabay, Dublin Infiniti Service Advisor is a true professional. He has a long history in the Auto Service Sector and applies his experience, knowledge and expertise to diagnose and manage the repair - where no other shop can. We have two Infiniti vehicles, we like them both. The older vehicle required maintenance. We like the car so much we will not part with it even though we have the newest model.
