My service advisor on Saturday was fantastic. Everything else not so much. I called on Thursday last week for an appointment the next week for my first service on my Elantra. I told the supervisor I want the earliest appointment so I can get out faster because this is my only car and I will have to wait. He said I have one this Saturday @ 8:15 and we will get you out in 1 1/2 hours. He said saturdays are not that busy. Brian my service rep was great, I had the 24000 mile service performed on my 23 Santa Cruz, Brian walk through the whole service with me. He got back to me with updates as he said he would. He did a great job.
