Excellent service.
Went to fix all Auto recall, after fixing all recalls, my SUV has differnt sound and these guys they dont do basic things. Not even checking the tire pressure.

Came in for 24K scheduled maintenance (2025 i5) and for likely repair of suspension components on one wheel. There was a question of whether or not repairs would be covered under warranty. Turns out they were covered, and another warranted repair (trunk/rear door noisy, a known issue on i5’s) could be, too, but will need to wait for parts on that. Meanwhile, on the day I came in, car was ready in 4.5 hours and so much quieter and tighter than before. Advisor was Mariane, tech was Hector, great job all around.
