Took our Elantra in with a possible issue. Nothing was found wrong. They did not charge us anything for the diagnosis since they didn't find anything.
Took my ionic 5 there for service on a very busy day. Initially I thought I'd be there a few hours but I was happily surprised at how efficiently the service center team attended everyone in line. I was out of there within an hour and the team was very professional and efficient. Great job Dublin Hyundai service center!
I’ve had to bring my brand new Palisade in 4 times in under 6 months. First with a battery replacement, then 2 recalls, then another battery issues, and finally a battery issue and a recall. I’ve worked with great staff (Trisha) and also have been bounced around to staff that don’t follow up and tell me things that were performed that actually aren’t. I opted to have the ceramic coat applied to my vehicle to protect my paint. I don’t live in Dublin so the logistics for me to bring the vehicle in are difficult. The dealership arranged to have a loaner delivered to my house and the driver retun my vehicle to the dealership. The next day they repeated the process delivering my vehicle back to me.
Service advisor Ron Kumar was very professional and attentive. Very good experience.
