I live in the ******* *****townhouses and Robert always took excellent care of me and my husband. Non-emergency repairs were usually taken care of within a day or two. I saw another review from someone else who said their apartment was always broken into and that there were always gunshots. I have lived here for 18 years and never heard gunshots and my apartment never got broken into.

After living at the October Ridge Apartments for a couple years, I finally had the opportunity to move out. Living at the October Ridge Apartments was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend anyone to live there. During my residency there, my neighbors apartment had been struck by bullets, penetrating right where he slept. These people are awful, ive been threatened with eviction every month ive lived here,i have a neighbor who hates dogs so any time he barks hes vicious and its excessive, if one piece of poop is in my yard they claim health code violation and you get threatened with eviction, they claim to be pet friendly, but you had better keep your dog inside and silent or you get threatened with eviction. Its harassment and bullying and needs to stop.
