I got cataract surgery and I would say the care is fine and Hawkins did a great job. There are a few people at the desk that were less than courteous, but Debbie in Billing makes up for their manners. Doctors hold on to Debbie (from Billing)-she's the best admin person you have. She knows how to talk to people.
Don’t waste your money they didn’t even prescribe any medicine for dry eyes and itchiness after asking at least drops for eye she wrote pataday and written Some ointment that do not prescribed. She told me to get it from the any store that I have after I asked, she gave me. Almost I invested to buy them $150 and my insurance is also not working in their network. Dr Clark and Dr Thornton are great very kind and caring
My 22 year old daughter went in for an eye exam for glasses and contacts. When her contacts came in, they refused to give them to her telling her she had to be able to take them in and out and only would have 2 times to try, in which both tries require an appointment. You don’t get better by watching tube videos which is what they told her to do between now and her next appointment. And you also don’t get better at it without practicing either!
