Dr. Kellam is such a great doctor. He has a calming demeanor and is very kind. We went to an ENT in Warner Robins that sent us away with hydrogen peroxide for impacted wax and said they couldn’t help us. Whereas Dr kellam took the time and cleaned my daughter’s ears out and she’s hearing so much better. His office staff could be a little more welcoming, but overall, a great experience.
Receptionist is rude and nasty.
Made an appointment. Drive over 30 miles 2 days after a hour ear surgery feeling like death just for them to tell me oh he's not here. Not can he give you anything for pain until he sees you and he doesn't have an available appointment for 2 weeks. Get right kellum. Ain't nobody got time for your bs

Dr. Kellam damaged my Mother's ear and she has lost her hearing completely in that ear. Do not see this Dr. or this practice. You will regret it.
