Receptionist is rude and nasty.
Made an appointment. Drive over 30 miles 2 days after a hour ear surgery feeling like death just for them to tell me oh he's not here. Not can he give you anything for pain until he sees you and he doesn't have an available appointment for 2 weeks. Get right kellum. Ain't nobody got time for your bs

Dr. Kellam damaged my Mother's ear and she has lost her hearing completely in that ear. Do not see this Dr. or this practice. You will regret it.
The office staff there is lazy & have terrible customer service skills. They wanted me to drive over an hour to Dublin to have a CT scan done that I could've had done in Milledgeville which is only 15 minutes away but they wouldn't transfer the order. The office manager said it was too much of a hassle on them to get the files through the mail. So, they'd rather hassle a disabled man whose blind in one eye & on a fixed income by having him drive over two hours round trip. I liked Dr. Kellam but not his staff. They do not car... read more
