As a bar owner myself, my review will be more critical than most (I believe). So here goes: First impression: easy access, dark but welcoming atmosphere, a couple of tables that were empty but hadn't yet been cleared and wiped down, separate family area and outdoor patio, very clean bathrooms. Service: excellent, top to bottom. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, upsold the products, reminded us of the specials... she couldn't have done better. The head manager keeps "life banning" customers for food orders. Making accusations and overall being rude and dismissive of paying customers. If a person spills/slips their plate over or off the table etc. The establishment replaces it. If you order to go and an issue happens directly in front of the restaurant, apparently you get accused of scamming and banned for life.
