Todd Clymens, my service advisor, was absolutely awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable about the issue, helpful, transparent throughout the entire process, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone experiencing problems with their Chevy. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received from start to finish from any business. Attempted to place an order to purchase a Chevy Colorado. After many months of delays ended up buying from FH Daily. Tried to get a simple diagnostic check on a check engine light, they wanted to hold the vehicle for 2-3 days. YOU HAVE SCHEDULING ISSUES! Fix the problem! The customer rep said they don't have a scheduling issue and decided to argue instead of working with the client. I don't write reviews, but here I am.
Rick Enos is a complete star! He is a very approachable person who really cares about his customers and their vehicles. I will be going back for service on my Volt and will buy my next car at your dealership if the prices are competitive. I will start my shopping with Dublin Chevrolet because of my experience with your service department and Rick. Tracy Chevrolet does not even return calls, and San Leandro is not much better.
