Christina Long is a great asset to your dealership.
Waste of my time. Dropped off my EV for solution to OnStar connectivity issues. Dublin Chevy kept my car Sat morning until I picked up Monday evening, yet the issues persisted. At drop off, I let the Dublin Chevy advisor know that I had already spoken to OnStar reps. (several times) and they had run diagnostics and reboots, but they couldn’t connect with the EV. Great experience, John Lund was very responsive and spent the time to ask and understand the maintenance I was requesting, he kept me informed as to the status of my service and called me when it was completed. I was very happy.
Cannot give enough praise for the service writer Christina Long. She was excellent at explaining different options and had a very pleasant attitude. 5 stars !
Todd Clymens, my service advisor, was absolutely awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable about the issue, helpful, transparent throughout the entire process, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone experiencing problems with their Chevy. For context, I brought in my used Chevy suburban, which I had purchased from a non-Chevy dealership, because the object sensor module had dropped off the rear bumper and fallen in front of my tail pipe, which melted the component.
