Called there but no answer , even after leaving message to call back for appointment. Should have a more efficient system,
Checked-in as 1st person at 6.30am.. waited 20 mins and meanwhile many more ppl check-in and they were let go before me.. i asked why they are going first then the answer was "they had an appointment".. Ok.. fair enough 2 months ago, i had gone for lab test with an appointment, but people who checked in without an appointment were let go before me, and when i had asked that I have an appointment, they said, they are going first because they checked in first.. Pls keep one policy...
Very Inefficient stuff. After doing my physical I went to the lab, they informed I need to be fasting, so I asked them to make an appointment for Monday and she by mistake made an appointment for the following Monday. And as a result when I showed up they made me wait as a walk-in despite the mistake being theirs. Rude behavior of the stuff when I let them know that mistake was theirs. How inefficient the stuff has to be for not being able to make an appointment properly.
Lab staff are courteous and professional. The billing department at Sutter always did not process the payments correctly. We had the same blood work done at Stanford, and there has never been any out-of-pocket payment due to dual insurance coverage. Sutter charged us every time between $20-30 for the exactly same blood work.
