Plumber Mark and I scheduled and then rescheduled two additional times for him to come replace my kitchen sink. He didn’t show up either of the times nor had the DECENCY to text or call to say that he wasn’t coming. In the end, I texted him to thank him for all of his LIES because I was able to install the sink myself with no problems. Easiest $225 I ever “made!”
I called Mark at midnight on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. My usual service company was not returning my calls. Even though he was not being paid he walked me through what to do so I had hot water. H will now be my regular service company.
Mark is one of the most knowledgeable plumbers in the Dublin area! If he says he’s going to do something, he does it and he stands by his word.
