I closed on a Martha's Vineyard property and used Dubin & Reardon as my closing attorney. It was a big mistake that I regret as it has been a tremendous waste of my time. I have open questions from the closing, and this week, I learned of an unpaid RE tax bill from last year. Over several months I have sent a dozen emails. Richard Dubin was copied on most of the emails. I have called the office a half-dozen times. No one has followed up, and none of my concerns have been addressed. Bryan Reardon went above and beyond to help us make sure the entire buying process of our new home was smooth sailing, even being available to help us in a pinch out of standard office hours. Paralegal Elaine Pinkham was on top of making sure we had everything we needed for our closing, and stayed in close communication with the attorney office helping us with the sale of our previous home, which was out of state. it was a wonderful experience working with them, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
