We went for consultation and got lots of information. Dr Dubin was considerate and explained the process flawlessly. The team also was very informative and professional and provided all the details including treatment plans and financial aid and processes. Best regards, Amita
Review updated 10/29/2024: My prior review explained a billing issue my family experienced after a visit to Dubin Orthodontics in June, which is has since been resolved (October). MetLife dental insurance (not the Dubin office/billing team) was ultimately responsible for issues with the visit claim and for the delay in the re-billing process.
