The man is arrogant and petty and does not listen to his patients. He was told in no uncertain terms that I could not drink the usual colonoscopy prep. My 85 year old Mom, my husband, and I have all had colonoscopies and treatment from Dr. Dubin. We appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to handle awkward conversations in a comfortable manner. He is straightforward, patient, and kind in his demeanor.
If I was able to give zero stars, I would have. This doctor was very cold and callous, and my husband was very upset and disappointed in him. My husband was being treated for stomach issues due to chemo and radiation, after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, from which he eventually succumbed. This doctor, being baffled by my husband's pain and not knowing what to do for him, became very rude and belligerent. I guess his ego couldn't take it.
