This was the food truck option at the Desert Botanical "Flashlight Night" tonight and it really soured our experience of the entire event. The wait was excruciating and I felt for the two staff they had. We spent almost an hour waiting to order and then waiting for our food. The food had no descriptions on the menu and I ordered my 7 year old the "Mac", which she spit out after one bite because it was full of jalapenos. I woulda gave 5 stars but.... Tho the rib tips, bbq sause, and potatoe salad are AMAZING (when I am able to get it from yall) This place doesn't seam to ever be available for pickup/delivery. I order online then get a "canceled/not available " message every week, regardlessof the day,for the last 2 months. I drive over every few days and nothing is available. Some of the best bbq we’ve had. Sauce was incredible. We bought a bottle to go. Great fresh food and such great people.

We bought the $25 offering of brisket and pulled pork last night - if you ever have the chance, don't.. Instead put a match to your $20 bill and cook $5 worth of Ramen noodles over the flame - it'd be much more edible! No smoke flavor, cut the wrong direction and something that only a dog who chews on leather boots would appreciate..

I'm Soo disappointed, I could cry but that's what I get for expecting tip top brisket from two dedicated hardworking looking folks. We ordered two brisket sandwiches with a side ofwith each for 34.82. barely any meat 3 DRY, SALTY slices I can not believe they would have enough guts to actually serve this. How do they sleep at night. Way too much MSG, its almost like a jerky you guys. I'll just concider our loss as a donation. Please step it up, and have enough sense to know what your serving, you should be shut down.
