We started off on a shaky note first phone call I had an attorney argue with me about my case I don't quite remember who. But then other folks from the team I am guessing another attorney when I wanted to cancel my referral called me back and apologized for the argument, made it right empathized with the situation and even contuined to finish the referral. This law firm represents LegalShield. Which I have been a member for 21 years now. I would not recommend this law firm at all. They are unprofessional, disorganized, and there is a high turnover of attorneys. Part of my membership is attorney referrals because they cannot take my type of case. I understand that my issue may ultimately lie with LegalShield itself. However, since this firm publicly states that it is “the proud Missouri Provider Law Firm for LegalShield,” I consider it a direct representative of the service. I pay for LegalShield through my employer and have contacted this firm approximately three times regarding routine legal matters.
