Great experience! The customer service was very good, they were friendly, patient, and helpful. Prices were fair, and the whole process felt honest and smooth. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality gold and good service.
If I could give negative stars for customer service, I would. The staff here are extremely rude, dismissive, and lack basic courtesy. Instead of treating customers with respect, they act as though serving people is an inconvenience. If they’re unwilling to treat customers fairly or even with minimal professionalism, it raises the question of why they continue running a business at all. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or looked down upon when simply walking into a store.
